Produced using traditional curing methods and carefully smoked over real hardwood, our gourmet hams are tender, rich in flavor, and have the perfect essence of smoke. This bone-in ham is an excellent choice for celebrating the Holidays.
Kurobuta is the Japanese term for “black hog” and refers to the heritage Berkshire breed. Kurobuta/Berkshire pork is highly marbled with a beautiful dark color, firm texture, and naturally delicious flavor. Our pork is truly special. Less than 5% of pork in the USA is raised out of doors in pastures. Our animals are treated humanely and are raised completely on our family farm without hormones using a natural, non-GM, slow feed process.
